GFCU Board Names Rick Divina President and CEO

Rick DivinaGenerations Federal Credit Union Board Chair Larry Reed announced the appointment of Rick Divina to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Rick will oversee all Credit Union lines of business and support departments. “The GFCU Board of Directors wishes to continue our 84 years of serving members at Generations. We look forward to partnering with Rick, the executive team and associates toward long-term credit union success,” stated Reed. 

Rick joined Generations in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 20 years of credit union experience to GFCU. He previously served in roles such as Controller and VP of Accounting and Finance at other credit unions. He most recently served as Interim CEO at Generations.  

Rick is a member of the Board of Directors of the San Antonio-based TEXAS YES Project, a Texas Youth Education Support Organization.
